and Conditions of this Guarantee
Our guarantee is expressly limited to the eradication
of the H. pylori bacterium. If you still have the
same symptoms after or during your treatment, then please

In the unlikely event that you will need to claim against
our money back guarantee, we will require that you provide
us with medical proof of an infection of H. pylori, both
before and after taking Matula Herbal Formula™ treatment,
as outlined in the 3 easy steps below.

Before you start Matula Herbal
Formula™ Treatment
Before you start your Matula Herbal Formula™ treatment,
we advise that your doctor does an HPSA (H. pylori Stool Antigen)
test to accurately determine your H. pylori status.
If you have already had another type
of test done recently, then the results of that test will
also be acceptable.
We will require these test results which must
be signed and dated and we will also require a medical certificate
from your doctor showing both your name and your doctors name
and contact details.

STEP 2
The Waiting
Period
Obviously,
to prove you are still infected with H. pylori bacterium
after your treatment you will need to be retested.
Please
pay particular attention to the timing of the tests!
PRESCRIBED WAITING PERIOD FOR HPSA TEST - For the
HPSA (H. pylori Stool Antigen) test to be accurate,
you must wait for at least 4 weeks AFTER you have completed
your 30 day course of Matula Herbal Formula™ treatment, before
you get tested for the presence of H. pylori bacterium again.
This is essential as it takes this long to ensure
that your bowel content is completely replaced after
completing your Matula Herbal Formula™ treatment.

BEFORE the prescribed WAITING PERIOD has transpired.

3
Getting retested for H. pylori

IMPORTANT NOTE ==
We
only accept the results of an HPSA Test
after you have completed your Matula Herbal Formula treatment.
We cannot accept
results from Blood Tests, an endoscopy, a stomach biopsy
or from Urea Breath Tests. |
The reason for this is simple
- the HPSA test is the only test that CONCLUSIVELY
proves that the bacteria has actually been eradicated. Our
view is that the HPSA Test is the least invasive and delivers
the most accurate and most decisive results.

As soon as the prescribed 4-week waiting period is up, you
must make an appointment with your doctor to get the final
HPSA test done.
Again, we will require the results of this test from your
doctor. These test results must be signed and dated and must
be accompanied by a medical certificate.

Exclusions
- Please note that this guarantee does not cover Matula
